Last Chance is one of the singles from High School Musical 3: Senior Year. The song is sung by the entire cast. On the movie soundtrack, the song is entitled "Senior Year Spring Medley".

The song is a medley of almost all the songs previously heard, with the exception of "Last Chance", a 45 second introduction sung by Ryan and Kelsi. The medley, played in between scenes of dialogue backstage, is the "Senior Year" musical. It is the song that been played before Ms. Darbus introduces the Senior class, and announces their intended major and college, and the winner of the Julliard scholarship.
