The Road to High School Musical 2 was a mini-series Disney Channel started about High School Musical 2. The series included interviews from the cast and tidbits from the then upcoming movie.

- On "What Time Is It?" the roller coaster that is featured was inspired by a massage line.
- Some choreography was inspired by cast members.
- The cast and crew were visited by Utah's governor and his daughter, a huge fan. They were also visited by Make A Wish foundation.
Cast Members in the Spotlight[]
After about four episodes the mini-series started interviewing different cast members about themselves and the character they portray in High School Musical 2. The cast members they interviewed were Zac Efron (Troy Bolton), Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella Montez), Ashley Tisdale (Sharpay Evans), Corbin Bleu (Chad Danforth), Monique Coleman (Taylor McKessie) and Lucas Grabeel (Ryan Evans).
